We recently ordered a filing cabinet from here. Overall, I was very happy with the experience. Customer service was amazingly quick to respond to my inquiry--a sales guy, Dustin Lane, got in touch with in minutes, and was very helpful researching and going over options. In the end, he was able to talk to the manufacturer about getting us a lateral filing cabinet in the exact size and color we wanted. Pricing was competitive with other places we looked. I think they usually deal in larger orders for businesses, since we had to sign a purchase proposal and email it back to them. These folks are top notch. The customer service provided by Dustin Lane left a lasting impression on me. They work with every budget, and went out of their way to accommodate my many requests, timelines, etc! They even have a design team that make recommendations for your space free of charge.
